I’m from beautiful St Lucia. After a career in banking, I became a scuba diving instructor operating throughout the Caribbean. Such contrasting careers have given me a rare insight into the sometimes destructive stresses of the workplace, and the lasting benefits that mental and physical wellbeing can bring. I got qualified in Personal Training and MHFA  with the goal of supporting businesses by empowering the people in them to be fitter, healthier, happier and more resilient.
