Ryan Joseph Personal Wellbeing One-to-Ones. In just 30 minutes, these efficient, focused one-on-one sessions identify, remedy and monitor each person’s physical and mental health issues and equip them with the motivation to push forward with their own health and wellbeing.

  1. Pre-Consultation questionnaires issued to individuals.

  2. Initial discussion of questionnaire findings: health, fitness levels, nutritional habits and perception of mental wellbeing

  3. Health data capture through non-intrusive body composition readings: BMI, body fat percentage, muscle percentage, visceral fat and recommended basal caloric intake.

  4. Discussion of results and follow-up email to individuals detailing bespoke routines for exercises that can easily be done at home without any equipment.

In a single day, Personal Wellbeing One-to-Ones can be carried out at your premises for up to 15 people. With an additional day, we can create individual programmes/routines and advice and delivery of results.

How much?

£400.00 per day

for up to 15 individual One-to-Ones.

We recommend a one-off engagement with follow-ups scheduled as desired for establishments employing 30 persons or less. With a larger complement of employees, a schedule where consultations happen every fortnight or every month can be tailored to suit.

I got qualified in Personal Training and MHFA  with the goal of supporting businesses by empowering the people in them to be fitter, healthier, happier and more resilient.
