One on One Sessions
Working with a Personal Trainer affords you access to a knowledgeable and experienced professional who will give you undivided attention as you are introduced to effective exercise methods whether you are a beginner or seeking to take your training to the next level. In the gym, at home, in the park or while cycling outdoors; one to one sessions provide the advantage of you not having to figure out what exercises to do or worrying about injuring yourself by doing exercises you should not be doing.
Short of time? Prefer not to have spectators? No problem, I can come to you with exercise equipment that can be easily transported to engage the body in a complete workout. Several pieces of functional equipment are used to ensure a multi-faceted approach to strengthening the body instead of the one dimensional one provided by traditional barbells and dumbbells.
Does your club need to be whipped into shape before you take on the next sporting challenge? Have you and your family or your mates recently made a committment to pursue a healthier lifestyle? Is your company conscious of the physical well being of employees and seeking to encourage them to excercise regularly? If so, group training sessions can be organized and of course you would benefit from group rates.

You can't out-train a bad diet. Avoid "dieting" and support your physical transformation and strength gains by making healthier food choices and developing better nutritional habits. Proteins, carbs, fats, macros; it can all sound very confusing. Get help with getting all the guess work out and together we can determine a proper caloric intake which matches your lifestyle, your energy expenditure and your fitness goals.
