My training and qualifications have been attained through Future Fit Training School of Personal Training, the largest and one of the more reputable health and fitness training providers in the UK.

 

I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer. Prior to that I was a Gym Instructor and as I sought to gain more knowledge and experience I qualified myself in the following:

In addition to my interest in health and fitness I am passionate about cycling and scuba diving. I hold a UCI Level 2 Road Cycling Coaching qualification and I am also a PADI IDC Staff Instructor.
